From the only region of central Italy without access to the Mediterranean come Tiger! Shit! Tiger! Tiger!, a power-trio that has only been together slightly more than a year, yet has toured themselves up and down the Boot and surrounding EU countries. With their eyes peeled and their ears alert to music scenes beyond the Atlantic, Tiger! Shit! Tiger! Tiger! take a lot their influences from 90s American indierock bands who in turn took their influences from classic angular UK punk bands . The outcome for this Italian band is a unique interpretation of splintered punk and bitter and dissonant tracks that never last longer than two minutes. Two years after the release of Tiger! Shit! Tiger! Tiger!'s acclaimed debut Be Yr Own Shit, the Italian noise-pop explorers are back with Whispers. Italy's secret weapon bring forth a sound that's tempting and melodic, yet sharp and desperate. Every song is played with the greatest urgency: Whispers is catchy, but in a subtle way that keeps you engaged. However, it is the antithesis to a whisper, it is a noisy lo-fi sound with punk and new waves influences. This EP shows that Tiger! Shit! Tiger!
