2009, Sub Pop
VINYL FORMAT. Ex-Low bassist Zak Sally recorded a bunch of songs on his own and brought them to Ben Durrant's (Andrew Bird, Dosh, Shearwater) Crazy Beast studio to make a record. "Fear Of Song" isn't elegant, literary, graceful, virtuosic, pastoral, clever or compositionally astounding; it's the sound of one man clanging. This single contains one song from the upcoming record via Zak's small-press venture La Mano 21, which will be a handmade, signed, limited edition CD, and will contain one song not from the album.
