Yes, I'm a Witch (CD)
Yoko Ono has inspired an entire generation of musicians who themselves are currently challenging the status quo and pushing the boundaries of sounds and ideas. On the new album, Yes, I'm A Witch, some of these groundbreaking artists have come together to create a startling new type of collaboration with Ono. Each artist selected an Ono song and were provided with the multi-track masters to work with. Most of them chose to use her vocal, and create an entirely new musical track themselves. The result is a collection of stunning collaborations that have drawn upon the forward seeking sounds of Yoko Ono's original music together with the distinctive personalities of her collaborators. These new musical visions exemplify just how ahead of her time Yoko's music was, and still is.
