VINYL FORMAT. The Youngbloods' eponymous debut LP includes the band's best-known song, "Get Together," which became a Top Ten single—and one of the Aquarian Age's definitive peace anthems—two years after its release. Beyond "Get Together," The Youngbloods features the jaunty Corbitt-penned hit "Grizzly Bear," a rocking reworking of Fred Neil's "The Other Side of This Life" and memorable readings of Blind Willie McTell's "Statesboro Blues," Mississippi John Hurt's "C.C. Rider" and Jimmy Reed's "Ain't That Lovin' You, Baby" that underline the band's knack for putting their stamp on classic blues material.
