What is the Insound Affiliate Program?

The Affiliate Program is a way for anyone with a music-related website to partner with Insound, enabling site visitors to link-and-buy the artists and titles featured.

Any site can benefit from becoming an affiliate – whether it’s your small blog featuring personal favorites, a fansite focusing on one artist, or a review site with tens of thousands of visitors every day.

As an affiliate, you’ll earn a commission on all sales generated through your links. If your readers are going to buy a CD based on your positive review, why not make it easy for them – and beneficial to you? (We all know those webhosting bills don’t pay themselves.)

Your commissions will be paid promptly at the end of each month (for more information on payments, see the FAQ page). And when you login to your affiliate account, you can view your sales statistics, which are updated daily and include individual order details as well as cumulative sales and referral totals.

But best of all, instead of sending people to some cold, uncaring, corporate online retailer, you can rest easy knowing you’ve sent your website visitors to your good friends at Insound!

How to get started

Click HERE to join. You’ll be prompted to fill out some basic information about yourself and your site.

Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email, including your username and password, as well as your unique affiliate ID number. Keep this email for future reference! Print it out, even! (You’ll thank us later if you do.)

Your affiliate ID number is the key to creating links from your site to Insound. For more specific information about how to create these links, see our FAQ page. Once you’re logged in as a member, you can also use our link creation tool to make text or graphic links from your site to ours.
