Insound Presents: Fred Perry Artist Lounge Sessions
On October 21, 2011, Insound & Fred Perry hosted an artist lounge and recording session at Stratosphere Sound in New York City. Grammy winning engineer, Geoff Sanoff (Nada Surf, Secret Machines, School of Seven Bells) took on the insane task of recording seven of indie music's most talked about new bands in seven hours, and the results are nothing but stellar. New for this year, we also asked writer and artisanal pencil sharpener David Reesto interview each band--the hilarious results are included in each download!
It was an unforgettable day filled with amazing performances, delicious Brooklyn Brewery beer for a little liquid inspiration, and the artists walked away with a free microphone from Blue Microphones.
