After releasing their highly praised debut in 2004, this NYC act didn't waste any time getting back in the studio to record a follow up. Led by Craig Finn, ex-Lifter Puller, the band combines intelligent lyrics and ideas with solid classic rock musical foundation, replete with screaming guitar solos. Separation Sunday was co-produced by Dave Gardener (Rocket From The Crypt, Drive Like Jehu & Hot Snakes) & Dean Botulonis (also helmed the knobs & whistles for the Hold Steady's first record.)
