Initially inspired by the success of local heroes the Mekons and Gang of Four, Leeds, England's Delta 5 later emerged as one of the key figures of the feminist new wave. Originally released in 1979 on Rough Trade and long out-of-print! Repressed in a limited edition of 1,000! Includes a remix by Man Ray, bassist of New Order/Joy Division. Delta 5 were part of the thriving Leeds post-punk scene in the late 1970s. This single features the band's debut single, 'Mind Your Own Business,' first released in 1979, backed with a remix by post-punk hero Peter Hook, best known as the bass player for Joy Division and New Order, under the name Man Ray.
