There's a definitively pop feel to the straight out rock/pop of Lost and Foundered -- Citizens' Utilities' twangy indie is filled with enough hooks and friendly charm to make the band immensely likeable, and the record's gentle, low-key songwriting is so consistently appealing and warm that it's hard to imagine being unsatisfied by it.
