In the spring of 2001, Dulli began to work on songs for the first time in well over a year. The Afghan Whigs had called it a day and he had released the first Twilight record a year previously. What you have here are his days in the wilderness trying to make sense of his first foray into recording without a net. The songs contained here are the "works in progress" that began a year after his move back to Los Angeles.
