The Lofty Pillars is a folk-pop project of Chicagoans Wil Hendricks and Michael Krassner. Krassner is noted as the Windy City studio man who orchestrated the Boxhead Ensemble, a post-rock all star ensemble created for the Dutch Harbor soundtrack. Two years ago, Chad Stokes set out to create a band with a unique sound and inspiring message. After enlisting Chuck Fay and Mike Najarian, Stokes had the final pieces in place for his new band, STATE RADIO.
