Pidgeon is a rock band from San Francisco that is mostly noisy and somewhat pretty. They have three guitarists, if you don't call the bass a guitar (four if you do), and one singer, one singer/screamer, and one screamer. They try to write catchy songs but not "I've-heard-that-before" catchy. It would be difficult to site one particular act as a descriptive metaphor for their sound, but the Pixies-Motorhead-Cardigans combo comes as close as any.
