Plaid's Ed Handley and Andy Turner return with their best collection of bleeps so far? When electro-heads get loose behind their studio equipment without the direction of a vocalist they invariably lose it and produce an album only palatable to your average roaming 6am robotic munter. Happily though, Plaid are one act that have consistently created great music over the last ten years which doesn't take 12 hours of bangin' techno beats to really appreciate. Oh joy!
