On the Radar Brothers' third release, And the Surrounding Mountains, the Los Angeles trio -- Jim Putnam (vocals/guitar), Steve Goodfriend (drums), Senon Gaius Williams (bass) -- retains the guitar strummed, slow dirges that earned the band a slo-core tag.
