Although this has the same title as Freeman's only Autumn album, 1965's C'mon and S-W-I-M, this is in fact a retrospective of Freeman's entire stint with the label. In addition to all twelve songs from the original C'mon and S-W-I-M LP, it has five non-LP cuts from 1963-65 singles, and seven previously unissued outtakes and alternates. The title track is one of the great pieces of '50s R&B/rock and roll and was Freeman's moment of glory. The rest of the album is decent, occasionally above-average pop and light R&B, sung in an energetic fashion but not exactly spectacular stuff.
