One has to wonder whatever became of Martika. She sort of dropped off the map before the dawn of this new century. With that question in mind, this budget-priced compilation from Sony Special Products in some ways is preferable to the more complete set entitled Toy Soldiers: The Best of Martika, issued in 2005.
