| I first caught wind of this band a few months ago whilst listening to WOXY. I immediately picked up their 5 song EP at a show at the Mercury Lounge in NY and fell in love with their tightly woven pop gems. I got the full length record directly from the band at another recent NY show, and it exceeded my expectations; If you like Ben Folds Five (back when Ben Folds had some balls) with a tough of Flaming Lips thrown in to spice things up, you'll love Jukebox the Ghost. This band has a really bright future if they keep writing songs like these. | |
