| Constellation Records keeps putting out ggreat albums by great bands. I got this album merely because of the (slight) connection to Godspeed You Black Emperor! and was blown away. Do Make has a slightly rougher sounds than Godspeed, but any comparisons are valid. "The Landlord is Dead" is the stand-out track for me. The wat the track builds and builds, reaching a beautiful breaking point and pushing the listener into overdrive. Buy this album if you are into Godspeed, Mogwai, or any of the "space-post-rock" bands. | |
