Splinters is Seattle-based producer Ben Torrence. Ben is also the sole proprietor of Woodson Lateral Records, and netlabel Cosmeceutical™.

Ben is also a member of laptop duo Bookmobile, and plays rock-based music in Lunch Buddy Program.
