Wednesday's Stuff We Like
A$AP Rocky - Flackhead Shirt
Ever since A$AP Rocky surfaced with his mixtape LIVELOVEA$AP in 2011, it has been hard to have a conversation about the current state of rap music without hearing his name mentioned. He famously disclosed his $3,000,000 deal with Sony/RCA after having released only two videos for “Purple Swag” and “Peso.” Since then, I think it is safe to say he has gone above and beyond what was expected of him and has helped to justify that number. His debut album, LongLiveA$AP, was a huge success and I still hear hits like “Fuckin’ Problem” blaring from cars while on my bike. All that being said, here at Insound we got our first piece of A$AP merch this week and I felt like someone had to talk about it. It depicts a caricature of A$AP in the style of Beavis and Butt-head and yes, it is as awesome as it sounds. We also picked up another shirt from the same designer for Kendrick Lamar, which is equally as cool.
